Saw Palmetto

Hi I was wonderng if anyone has ever tried saw palmetto for Hair loss? I do already take hair,nail and skin vitamins and have also tried Biotin in the past. I also get in enough protein. I was wondering if anyone has tried saw palmetto herbal supplement and if it works? I read that saw palmetto is good for hair loss. I also was wondering if anyone knows of any hair, skin and nails liquid vitamins that have worked for them? Thanks so much, Jeannie
