Does anyone else feel like a failure?

I am so lost!!! I had the surgery back in March, had every complication in the book, spent one month AND four days in the hospital and for what? I haven't really lost as much weight as i wanted to. In nine months i have lost 60 lbs, I feel lost. I NEVER lost a lot of weight, not even in the begenning. My average was 10 lbs a week but i have not lost a single pound for THREE months. Is anyone else experiencing this? By the way, I am 5'2 and my starting weight was 252. I am currently 190/192.5. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
