Has anyone been approved lately for surgery through Arkansas Rehab?

I'd like to get some feedback and your experience (within the last year) from patients who have had surgery paid for by Ark Rehab. I don't have any insurance at all, and I'm not qualified for Medicaid or Medicare. I'm trying to get some info to make an informed decision, such as what's required, how long is the process, and especially if it's even possible.
