Pre-op testing on Thursday! HELP!!!

My surgery is on 7/2, my pre-op testing is on Thursday. The problem is I'm still smoking 3 cigs a day. Will this show up on the bloodtest? I've tried sooo hard, and tried every method to quit, I even tried hypnosis to no avail.
