Diets after post op to gain muscle mass?

i looked online for a lot of muscle building diets..but they all have a lot of carbs and require you to eat..a lot.. i had roux-n-y a month ago...and looking into suggestions...could anyone help? i just need a diet to go along with the weight training since i am cleared now. -many thanks, _________-ali
