I think im eating too much.
Can someone please help me. I seem to feel hungry all the time and I crave bad foods. Sometimes I eat them sometimes I dont. I get lots of water in and my protien. Take for dinner last night I had a grilled cheese and some chips. I didnt eat the crust off the bread and it was wheat. Is this bad or what? I can't seem to stop feeling hungry. Please can someone suggest something.
