Protein..I am having a hard time rotating food choices
I am eating the same things over and over..I am getting bored!!! I am 2 1/2 mos post op w/ 54 lb loss so far..have no problems w/ my water intake and vitamins, but I have to admit my protein intake lately has been the pits!! I have one protein shake every morning, and i know that is not enough due to the fact that I have not been eating a lot of meat. I do have other forms of protein, cottage cheese, string cheese, some nuts (depending on the tummy that day), but overall i find that I am in a rut and I need some suggestions. Thanks for your help :)
