I have had bc/bs since 8-1-99 what ae my chances of approval

I did not have any insurance before 8-1-99 . I now have bc/bs option 2000 the surgeon submitted my papers for WLS on 11-15-99. BC/BS has asked for medical records. what is my chance of approval. anyone else ever been approvaed in a situaton like this.
