4 months post op lap band - 82 pound loss; have stayed the same for the past 3 wks

Hi gang, I had lap band surgery on 9/8/09 and have so far lost 82 pounds. For about the past 3 weeks or so I've pretty much stayed the same. I know I will reach plateaus here and there but I'm just wondering if drinking coffee (not decaf) could be the reason I haven't lost anything else. I have 1 a day and have extra cream and 2 regular sugars (i know that's probably not the best thing to do but it's the only way i like it)... What do you think? Should i stop drinking coffee (I can definitely live without it). Could it make that much of a difference? I'm doing everything else by the book and have even started running again at the gym. Just looking for some feedback on whether or not coffeee w/extra cream and 2 sugars is killing my efforts... Also if people would like to let me know what kind of a diet they are (or have) followed at this stage in the game after lapband, I'd love to hear it. Thank you!
