URGENT!!! Please help

I know this question has been asked before but I am too sick to look it up. I've had the worst sinus infection for 3 weeks now, my family doctor gave me an antibiotic and prednisone. I take Nexium daily because of stomach issues. My question is, can I take the prednisone? She gave me 18 pills that I am to take over a 9 day period. I'd greatly appreciate your help in this manner.
