Which cosmetic surgeries will medicaid typically pay for?

I know it must be medically necessary for most insurances to cover a cosmetic type procedure. But what procedures do these usually consist of? Someone told me that it is possible to get the tummy tuck and breast reduction/lift. But I don't know. I'd appreciate any information as I know I'm gonna be needing both of those procedures. Thanks!
