wheat bread?? OK on pouch??

I know that carbs are not part of the main diet plan, but I am three months out of RNY and have lost 53 lbs (half way to goal)...I was wondering if wheat bread is tolerable to eat? Is it any easier than white bread? I was wondering about the whole grains versus the white breads...I guess a little toast sounds good once in a blue moon. Can anybody help??
