No anti-imflamatories, what about migraine headaches that tylenol doesn't touch

I have a few migrain headaches such as muscle, emotional and blood pressure(take bp med) but still get bad headaches. What am I going to do(i know, ask my dr.)lol. But what do you all do? Thanks, Sherri
