Anyone have insurance cover lap band after gastric bypass ?

Anyone have great west insurance cover lap band after failed rny? I had rny 11/03 went from 387 to 206 and I am now back up to 250. Stomache is not stretched and still small but the intestine is larger and now nothing sits on stomache it goes strait through so I am hungry all the time. Has anyone had great west insurance approve lap after rny?
