Should I consider a revision??

I had surgery March 2002 and lost 80 pounds. I became pregnant in July 2002 (though we were using 2 types of birth control) and I gave birth to a wonderful son in March 2003. I didn't gain much weight during the pregnancy and lost 17 after his birth. The problem is I can't lose any weight and seem to be gaining. I see my surgeon tomorrow and I just want to know if this is something I should discuss with her. I also think I have an ulcer developing as well. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!! =)
