Has anyone had Ted C. Scott, Lubbock, TX?

I stumbled onto the website for this doctor, it doesn't appear to be...an old unused site, it had today's date. What I would like to know is if anyone has seen or spoken with his staff. If so, do you know what specific surgeries he performs? On the web site it says he does gastroplasty and gastric bypass as well as the vertical band procedure. I emailed them, but have received no response. If he does the RNY, I would really like to hear from someone who might know.
