Looking for ideas on food choices for RNY
I had RNY Gastric on 12-27-10 and so far have not had any significant problems adjusting. My regular diet starts Monday, and I'm slightly worried about testing new foods. During my soft diet, eggs and mashed beans were the only foods I was able to tolerate out of the things I've tried. I'm thinking of just adding vegetables to this: bell peppers and onions to the eggs and spinach and tomatoes to the beans. For those of you who are on your regular diet, what kinds of things did you start eating when you were released from restrictions?
