Does anyone know if Capital Districh Physicians Health Plan (CDPHP) covers surgery?

Does anyone know if CDPHP (capital district physicians health plan) covers the surgery to get rid of the loose skin,in the stomach area? I have had rashes etc.. This insurance is from the Albany NY area.
