Weight Speculation

My surgery is scheduled for next month. I'm 50 yrs. old, 5'3 & weight 220lbs, size 16. What are your speculations in terms of my weight loss? Do you think I'll ever be a size 6 or 8? How much weight do you think I'll loose? I'm hoping for 100lbs.
