Will BCBS pay for Gastric bypass after Lap Band Removal?

I had Lap Band for one year and developed problems with my esophagus. Dr. recommended removal. Wondering if BCBS of Mass Insurance will pay for another surgery possible Gastric Bypass. MY BMI still qualifies.
