Need snack ideas.
Hi everyone, I need a few suggestions, please. I have a desk job and I need to know a few things that I might be able to keep at my desk to eat/snack in the mornings that are with protein and not carbs. I sometimes eat oatmeal or a bannana and natural pb with cinnamon and raisins. But these 2 things get old after a while. Also, I am finding that I am going back to the evening snacking routine. I am a year and 10 months out of lap ryn and I do not have the dumping issues. So a cookie here and there does not bother my pouch (unfortunately). Thanks for any and all suggestions. Take care. Jean
