can op be redone after RNY yrs ltr fistula was found and "FIXED" wgt is back.

I had RNY done years ago , never really dropped any real weight was diagnosised having a fistula yrs later, that was 'fixed' by another Dr. However weight is back with a vengance , My pressure is off the chart, I'm anemic, and suffer SEVERE back and leg pain. Please help ...guide me as what to do.
