FISERV OR BENEFIT PLANNERS PHCS PPO

Has anyone had any dealings with Fiserv PHCS PPO I think is what they go by, now, or else it is Benefit Planners PHCS PPO located in Tx. My co.is self insured and ultimately they decide, I guess, but I was wondering if any of you have dealt with them before for RNY. I am waiting for my surgeons office to call me back I spoke with someone on Monday they said they would try to call back by Tuesday so I waited then called again this morning she said she would call back and I am still waiting. I finished all of my testing last Friday guess I am a lot impatient! Thanks for listening.
