how much are you eating at 8 to 9 months?

how much are the average post ops eating at 8 to 9 months per meals??I can manage to eat about 3 oz of a soft food such as applesauce or yogurt, is this right on track or too little? solid foods i eat less per meal one bit and that is enough to fill my up . i can eat the toppings off a small slice of pizza and be extremly full.
