Has anybody had surgery at the Cleveland Cllinic?

I am scedauled for my 1st Dr's appointment on May 14th. I was just wondering if anybody has been to the Cleveland Clinic. Also do they accept a medical card (ACCESS Medicade)?? Please let me know A.S.A.P I am seeing Dr. Zimmerman. Any info on him would be great.
