Is there some way to fight Medicaid so they will cover WLS? .

I called Dr. Ediger's office in Boise, and the person who answered said that in orderI have gone through all of the dieting plans, the excersise videos, etc, and still havent lost the weight--only gained it back. I really think I need this surgery. Please let me know. I am so desperate for help. Thanks.
