No Insurance. I need help.

I have worked hard all my life. I was single for so long Have no extra money,no credHave no credit, can't get a loan but I need this surgery to help me get better. What does someone do when you work because you have to and don't qualify for assistance? Every profile I have read I haven't seen too many that didn't have the money. How can someone like me be able to have the surgery. It would take 10 years to save up for the WLS. I am currently looking into other employement where the insurance does cover it but I am still on work comp and working.? I am very frustrated
