Almost 3 years post op and a having watery stool

I recently have began having watery stool after eating. An hour after eating I have to go to the bathroom no matter what I eat. I am worried that my food is not staying in my stomach long enough. Also I have been waking up to find that I have had a bowel movement during my sleep.
