plastic surgery covered by First Health Network in CA

I had surgery 9 years ago and have kept 105 pounds off but I need to get rid of this excess skin on my stomach because it is now becoming an issue with working out and getting a rash. Does anyone know of any surgeons that are covered by First Health Network? Thank you!
