Has any Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee been approved recently for Bariatric!

I noticed that everyone that had been approved for Bariatric Surgery on the message board was dated back in 2002 and 2003! Are there any more recent approvals like for 2009? Thank you sooo much for replying!
