Gaining weight

I had my open r-n-y surgery 3 years ago. I never lost my entire weight that I needed to, was about 100 pounds short. I have been gaining weight the past few months, can eat a horse, feel bloated and have stomach pains and much gas all the time lately. Any idea what to do? My surgeon is no longer doing WLS .
