how much is a full body lift, arm lift and breast lift?

i am 19 yrs old i use to weigh 350 lbs but now i only weigh 139. Seriously i thought id be so proud of myself cuz all my life i been battleing this weight problem but all i ahev to show is extra skin i cannot even see my belly because of it. I was wondering how much a breat lift, full body lift n arm lift cost? How do i go bout getting a loan for it if my insurence wont pay? i havent talked to my doctor yet im going to in 2 weeks but i just been researching it and havent came up with any answers.
