LOOKING FOR FACILITIES FOR PEOPLE 800-1000 POUNDS.....

I am looking for hospitals and nursing homes in Virginia that would be able to accomodate persons up to 1000 pounds for the surgery itself and then a nursing home afterwards. I have had trouble finding facilities that have equiptment /operating facilties and the staff prepared to handle rehabilitation in cases of this complexity. Thank you for any and all resources, including possible transportation companies that would be able to transport a person of that size from hospital to hospital.
