What do you do after WLS and you have no insurance?

I had WLS December of 2008. Retruning to work, i received notice that there were layoffs and I was one of the ones o be laid off. I am working but the insurance that is offered, you may as well pay for it yourself, but I do not have this kind of money. I need to get back on track. I am maintaing the 100+lbs that I have shed but I do not want to go backwards!
