Could the RNY cause elevated liver enzyme levels and dilated ducts leading to liver?

I had the RNY in January of 2004. In 2005 my liver enzyme level was 41. It is now 84. I just had some tests that included a CAT Scan. The scan showed that the pancreas duct and some of the other ducts leading to the liver are dilated. Because of the pouch they are not able to see to the pancreas.
