Curious About Biotin

Had RNY on 9/3/09, wanted to take Biotin from GNC, but my Nut said the pills are too large for pouch. How do you guys that take them that have had RNY, take them without any problem of them getting stuck? Can you crush them (yuck!) or cut them? Just curious is there one available that is small? Thanks for any responses!
