Need mealplan, calorie advice. ETC.

I am 1 year and slightly over 1 month post op from my second RNY. I actually had to have surgery twice within 2 months. I regrew tissue for the opening they make in your stomach, so I could not drink or eat. Anyway that was as I said over a year ago. My highest weight preop was 450-ish(I started closing my eyes and not looking - afterall if you dont see it isn't happening lol) lbs. In 13 months I have lost over 240lbs. But I have become food/exercise lazy the last 2-3 months, so just yo/yo lost gain the same 10 lbs. Ever since my second surgery (emergency) I have no hunger cravings AT ALL. So basicly I never get hungry and easily forget to eat for a few days. I would like to loose an additional 50 - 60 lbs to reach my goal weight. I am trying to get back on track and remember to take all my meds a day and get in protein etc. So my questions are. What Calorie/protein/Carb/Fat should I be aiming for daily? Also how much of said Calorie/protein/Carb/Fat am I actually absorbing? I would appreciate any meal plans you have. or Recipes you can email me at [email protected]
