Pain in the Rib Cage Area 6 mos post-op

I am having pain in the rib cage area just below my breasts but on the sides mostly on the right but sometimes both sides...it feels like a pulled a muscle or something but it goes away and then comes back. Anybody ever experience this? What's up with that!!!!
