I AM A PICKY EATER!! Any suggestions for high protein foods..that don't cause gas?

I have always been a picky eater, but I know now that I have to be careful wiht what I eat. I have been having a hard time with gas and the tummy rumbling thing. It seems like everything I eat gives me gas! I have tried everything I can think of to help with the gas and nothing is working!. Anyone have any good recepies for healthy eating? No soy products please..YUCK!!! Thanks! :0)
