People in Cincinnati or Columbus Ohio...please respond

Hi, I need to find out which hospitals in the Cincinnati or Columbus areas have employee insurance which will cover either WLS. I am flexible as to which hospital to find a job at. This is really my only chance to have the surgery, so am willing to move or do what it takes in order to have it. Hope you all can help!
