Any self payors in KS or OK

I would like some info. from self payors in KS or OK. I unfortuantely will be self pay and was wondering about the cost for local docs. Are there any hospitals that take payment plans? I can cover the cost of the surgeons fee but the hospital is the kicker. If I can't find anything local with good options, I will have to head to Little Rock, AR and that is 6 hours away. THX!
