Can someone please tell me what exactly what a stricture is???

i have been having this pain on the upeer right hand side of my incision..ny surgery was on 11-18..i saw the doctor & he seemed to think that i may have pulled a few stitches..could this be a stricture & if not has anyone else had this happen???
