How do you get back on the diet after the holidays when your motivation is low?

I made it through the holidays this year - only gaining .7/10 of a pound.......but, now I am having a terrible time getting back on track. Help? Anyone going through the same thing? Do you have any suggestions? I can't get rid of my sweet tooth and am having a hard time getting all my water in. I have been snacking way too much also. I still have 30 lbs I want to loose and I am almost 2 years out. I've lost about 115 so far. Thanks.
