Has anyone experienced pregnancy while being morbidly obese?

I was planning on getting WLS in July. I just found out I am pregnant. This will be my third child. In my past two pregnancies I was not this overweight and out of shape. I am very concerned about difficulties this pregnancy will have on my baby and my body. It would help me so much to hear about others who have experienced this.
