How do you subscribe

I have and sent direct messages to "contact us" twice with no reply. What does it mean to suscribe to Q & A list? Anyone have this working for them. Are the questions to be E-mailed to your screen name, or kept in a file somewhere on the hard drive? Thanks for any input. Brenda
