Will I fit on rides or turnstyles

I have not been to Disney world since 1989...Before surgery I weighed 378lbs I now weigh 230 lbs I am 5'6 and i am a size 20. Last year I couldnt go to the movies..(didnt fit in seats) I couldnt take my kids to Mcdonalds(same thing couldnt fit in seats)...and so on....one time at a zoo I couldnt fit through the turnstyle and it was devastating... So I am a little worried about the plane seats and rides at disney. Can anyone who is my size or bigger let me know how they did there...and if there is anything I need to know before i go. I am really looking forward to the trip if i can just get past this. thank you
