Why did I gain 7 pounds? 11 months post-op.

I am 11 months post op. As of last week I had lost 114 pounds. This week I weighed in gaining 7 pounds!!!! I know that I havent been very careful this week. I know that I made poor choices. BUT 7 POUNDS?????? What could have caused such a significant gain?
