Has any one had a tubal ligation reversal during surgery?

I know it is common to have a tubal during surgery, but has anyone had a tubal reversal during surgery? I have 4 children and decided to have my tubes tied, because my weight caused me to have high bloodpressure and very high risk pregnancys. My husband and I would love to have more children in the future. Any suggestions?
