Pannilectomy Letters: Does anyone have any Pannilectomy letters of appeal?

Hi, trying to fight for panni to get done. Does anyone have any pannilectomy appeal letters. I have the abdominalplasty letter, but didn't think I could use that one , since my doc submitted my paperwork to insurance company as Hernia repair with pannilectomy. Can i still use the abdominalplasty letter? Does anyone have a panni letter that i can use...I would be so appreciative. Please email me at [email protected]
