weight watchers doesn't keep records my insurance want proof of diets

my insurance wants proof of med supv. diets which im working on i also want i want to submit info from weight watchers since i've done there program they don't really have records but i do have there points books showing foods and points..now if i make a copy of these books can i use it as proof of diet program? has anyone out there done this?
